Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Gator-Tape! We value your business and want to make sure your experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

    • We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving the order.
    • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom that are over £20. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
    • For UK orders under £20, a flat rate of £3.50 will be charged. 
    • We also ship within the EU for a flat fee of £8.00 and the rest of the world for a flat fee of £17.00. Delivery time will vary based on the destination.
    • International orders will be dispatched duty unpaid and any customs charges are payable by the customer upon entry into the destination country
    • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible once the order has been shipped.
    • If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
    • Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to ship to Ireland. 

Import Duties, Taxes & Refused Deliveries (International Orders)

Import Duties and Taxes

If you place an order for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and agree that your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs charges, tariffs, sales taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customs Clearance and Payment Responsibility

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and to pay any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees required for the delivery of your order. Failure to pay such charges may result in delays, non-delivery, or return of the goods.

Refused Deliveries / Non-Payment of Duties

If you refuse delivery of your order, fail to pay import duties or taxes, or fail to complete customs clearance requirements, and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • the order will be treated as abandoned and non-refundable, and
  • you will not be entitled to any refund, including for product cost or shipping charges.

This is due to the costs associated with international shipping, return shipping, customs processing, and the inability to resell returned goods in certain cases.

Lost or Destroyed Parcels Due to Customs Non-Payment

If the parcel is held, seized, destroyed, or disposed of by customs authorities due to unpaid duties/taxes or failure to provide required documentation, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
