Metric, Imperial or Dual?

Metric, Imperial or Dual?

At Gatortape we understand how important it is to have the right tool for the job.

When it comes to measuring, part of that is having the right scale for you.

We manufacture 3 different styles of Gatortape, each with a unique blade scale to ensure you have the scale that you are used to working with, making you more efficient and accurate in your task.

Metric Only Scale

 Metric Only Scale

The Metric Scale is shown in Meters with indicated divisions in centimetres and marked divisions millimetres. For those who prefer to work only in the metric system this is the best choice for you as the scale is less cluttered and can be read both left and right handed due to the font alignment

Imperial Only Scale

Imperial Only scale

The Imperial Scale is shown in Feet with indicated divisions in inches, 1/4 and 1/8 of an inch and marked divisions in 1/16 of an inch. For those who prefer to work only in the imperial system this is the best choice for you as the scale is less cluttered and can be read both left and right handed due to the font alignment

Dual Scale

Dual Scale

The Dual Scale shows both the metric and imperial scales on the same blade. Shown in Feet with indicated divisions in inches with marked divisions in 1/16 of an inch and meters with indicated divisions in centimetres and marked divisions millimetres. For those who really cant decide and work in either system depending on the task the Dual scale is for you.

Definitions

Indicated divisions - A number against the mark on the scale
